Sadwrn will endeavour to trace any missing orders and, if necessary, apply to Royal Mail for compensation for a lost order. In this case, we can offer a refund or replacement goods if and when the compensation is paid by Royal Mail.

- If you are sent the wrong item or a faulty item, we will refund you the cost of sending the item back to us and send you the item you originally ordered or a non-faulty item.
